The Farinet Lounge is without a doubt the 'place to be' in Verbier.
The bar is divided by large sofas which create a private atmosphere yet you can still get involved in the surrounding party. The atmosphere is vibrant but relaxed at the same time. Later on in the evening the Lounge often transforms into a club style bar with lots of dancing and loud music.
With eclectic DJs on the weekend, the Lounge definitely knows how to create an electric atmosphere. This isn't for everyone as many people may find party-goers surrounding their table rather uncomfortable and annoying. Another point to note is that there is no defined 'dance floor' and you may find yourself sandwiched between pillars and tables.
The Farinet Lounge is known for its great variety of exceptional cocktails, wines and champagnes. The staff are knowledgeable, highly trained and offer table service. With renowned cocktail bartenders and beautifully dressed attendants bringing you your drinks, it is really hard to find anything to complain about. Farinet Lounge also offers small tapas style snacks but it is not advised to eat here for dinner as the menu is very limited.
As part of Nevaï Hotel, this bar has by far the best ambiance of style and sophistication in Verbier.
If you want a private drink in a civilised environment, this is the place to seat yourself down with tranquility. Yet do not think that this place lacks any atmosphere for being relaxed and peaceful, this place is one of the trendiest places to hang out in the town. Nevaï can not boast of having any party-scene, so ensure you leave to another venue at some point in the evening if you are hoping for an exciting night out in Verbier.
The cocktail menu in particular is to die for here, so creative and tasty. Try the Chili Margarita for a tickle to the senses, or a Pina Colada White Chocolate! The Nevaï Bar is always trying out new cocktail 'mixologies', so you are always sure to have a varied and unique set of choices.
The bar provides a heated outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the mountains beyond, and if cigar smoking appeals, Nevaï offers a wide selection for you to muse over. Some delicious food is also offered here at the restaurant and grill that is connected to the bar, and if you are planning a large group function they are very accommodating and helpful.
If you want an indulgent evening the best place to go for a night out is undoubtedly the Farm Club.
This place combines sophisticated glamour with a great party atmosphere. World renowned DJs can be found here and they hold some really big nights during the winter season. Book a table at Farm Club with champagne and sit back and enjoy the atmosphere alongside celebrities and royals from all over the world. If you decided to spend your evening here, dress in style as the door staff can be rather obnoxious (no ski gear). The cheapest drink is 35CHF going all the way up to 8000CHF so make sure you visit the ATM before you arrive.
A place that is not as exclusive as the Farm Club but still filled to the brim with style and glamour, is the Casbah.
Open until the small hours, if you are not already exhausted by a day of skiing then Casbah will undoubtedly wear you out. Featuring local DJs and bands, the music is great and you can dance the night away. Be prepared that those who frequent the Casbah are unlikely to make first lift the next day!
During busy periods the Casbah can become really overcrowded, so much so the experience can become rather unpleasant. The bar is also small which makes getting served at the bar sometimes impossible. Opt for a table and table service to overcome this problem and make the most of your night out.
