Casa Tua

Casa Tua, one of the top restaurants in Miami, has opened its doors in Aspen to the delight of visitors and locals alike. This fine dining eatery has an upper level private members club and a public restaurant downstairs. The space is delicately decorated and showcases impressive art and photography collections that are often updated. The dining space is comprised of a series of interconnected dining rooms that give the feeling of privacy while not being cut off from the action of a busy, popular restaurant. Chef Sergio Sigalai has created a hearty but refined Italian menu with the streak tartare and the Farro risotto with Maine Lobster coming out top but all dishes are made to perfection. If your idea of dining heaven includes a glittery array of stars and celebrities, hearty portions and a private atmosphere then Casa Tua should be at the top of your list. If you are a frequent visitor to Aspen then enquire about the private members club as it has a brilliant atmosphere.

Steakhouse No.316

If you thought steak could not be sexy, think again. According to many repeat customers, star chef Kathleen Crook has created the perfect steak; gigantic portions, meat from a local heard, and served sizzling on cast-iron skillets. The meat is always cooked to perfection and tastes so good that you will not even want to use the delicious accompanying sauce. The sides are big enough for four people to share with is perfect if you are in a large group but slightly annoying and wasteful if you are a couple. The selection of steaks in vast and the number of sides is seemingly endless. If you do not like steak there is also a fish and fowl section of the menu which is just as delicious. Outside, the restaurant is misleadingly quaint as the inside is decorated in deep sumptuous reds and blacks with a sleek marble bar. Service is friendly and attentive. This is a great place to visit if you have a large appetite after a hard day on the slopes.

Chef's Club

Chef's Club has created a platform to push the boundaries of modern dining. In partnership with 'Food and Wine' magazine the Chef's club invites the rising stars of the culinary world to showcase their exquisite creations in an open kitchen which is the at the heart of the dining area. The restaurant also has a roster of international celebrity chefs that grace the kitchen creating world famous culinary delights. The open kitchen definitely puts on a show for customers and is very entertaining to watch; book the chef's table for the best view. The service is often praised and really completes the whole experience. The wine list is also good but lacks a good choice of dessert wines. This place is a dining revolution and is something that should not be missed. A few customers in the past have commented on the fact that as the chefs change you cannot always rely on the same standard of food each time you visit. However, this is a risk you should be willing to take as the overall experience is exceptional.
